Breast milk, however, has many substances in it that protect an infant’s health. The benefits of breast-feeding for both mother and child are well recognized and as effective ARV drugs are available to keep the viral load undetectable in mother,then the risk of transmission is less than 1%.its better to discuss with your doctor whether you breast feed or not
